When you give too much importance to any situation, object or person you create polarity, and this attracts and prompts for the correction of the distortion by the balancing forces in our world. Our universe has balancing forces that will either deliver the intended result or the opposite of it. Often, through idealization and importance, people end up with opposite results and then complain about how unfair the world is to them.
Imagine needing to attend a critical meeting at a specific time. You start to idealize the situation, making "being on time" is excessively important, creating an imbalance by imagining circling various troubles which aren't even there, in your head.
This inevitably leads to polarity, and you encounter obstacles as you strive to reach your meeting "on time." Your vehicle might break down, you could have a minor accident, or you might fall ill.
So, what is polarity?
It's an imbalance in your energy field caused by creating importance and comparison through overthinking about something that doesn't exist or hasn't happened in reality. When you overthink without taking action, reality becomes distorted, and balanced forces come to even it out.
For example, when you purchase an expensive product and start boasting about it, gradually elevating its importance, you're idealizing it. Comparing it to other products and excessively praising it creates polarity, and balanced forces may then take away the object of your idealization or cause it to malfunction.
"I'm better than them" or "My way is better." Such comparisons create polarity, and the situation would be corrected by balancing forces.
Understanding this balancing law through polarity will help you stay grounded and take better decisons. Simply be aware of when you're creating polarity over a situation, object, or person. Idealizing anything leads to polarity.
To reduce polarization, you need to reduce the level of importance attached to a situation, object, or person. Instead, focus on intending something without giving excessive importance to the subject, bringing you closer to your desired outcome. One way to reduce importance is to accept defeat once, acknowledging that this might be the outcome. When you idealize and polarize anything, you also increase stress in life.
It's best to take actions without overthinking. Overthinking polarizes your ideas and plans, leading to unintended results. Action with intent to achieve is the way forward.
Consider another example:
Ryan had been struggling with finding a suitable job for months, he was constantly hitting roadblocks. Being unaware of polarity, his own tendency to overthink and idealize situations was sabotaging his efforts. Dwelling on negative thoughts and comparing himself to others created a distortion in his energy field, repelling potential job opportunities.
Despite being a strong candidate, Ryan's idealization and comparison led him to say things during interviews that made him appear unreliable. Confused by constant rejection, he didn't realize the universe operates on the law of balance. His distortions created polarization, and the universe balanced it out by either delivering or taking away desired outcomes.
Only when Ryan shed his idealized expectations, stopped comparing himself to others, and reduced the weight he placed on the outcome could he take practical steps and achieve remarkable results. By focusing on his intention (landing that dream position), leveraging his strengths, and taking decisive action, he ultimately landed the job of his dreams.
This experience taught him the value of reducing the importance around the subject to see throught he situation . One that doesn't distort reality is empowered to shape it according to his intention.
